• Bone Conduction Feedback: To enhance audio performance, data related to sound transmission through bone conduction technology may be analyzed and stored.

You acknowledge and consent to the possibility of data being collected, processed, and stored for purposes including but not limited to improving the Product, enhancing user experiences, and conducting research and development. All data collection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy

The Product is designed for personal use only and may not be utilized for any unauthorized or unlawful purposes. Attempts to alter, reverse engineer, or misuse the Product in any manner are strictly prohibited.

All intellectual property associated with the Product, including but not limited to its design, functionality, and underlying AI technology, remains the sole property of LingoTech International. Users are granted a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable license to use the Product under these Terms.

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available." LingoTech International makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties, either explicit or implied, regarding the performance, accuracy, or reliability of the Product. The Product may not function as expected under all circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, LingoTech International shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product. Users assume all risks associated with their use of the Product.

LingoTech International reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at its discretion. Such changes may be made without prior notice, and it is the user’s responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Product after any modifications implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

While LingoTech International employs measures to secure your data, no system can guarantee absolute protection. By using the Product, you accept that your data may be subject to risks, including unauthorized access, breaches, or misuse.

LingoTech International reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Product at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or other reasons, as determined at the company’s discretion.
